If you’re like me, you probably don’t remember where you were when you found out Lisa Leslie was the first person to ever dunk a ball in a WNBA game. If you’re like me, you also probably don’t remember that it occurred against the now defunct (and my home team, woot woot!) Miami Sol.
The only thing that shocked me about Leslie dunking the ball 5 years ago was that no one else had accomplished the feat before her. This isn’t a tribute of respect to Lisa, it’s a reinforcement of the lack of talent and how boring it is to watch women play basketball.
