In 2000, NBA baller Malik Sealy was driving home from former teammate KG’s birthday party, when a man named Souksangouane Phengsene hit him head on, while hammered and driving down the wrong side of the road, killing Sealy. Phengsene was sentenced to four years in prison, and shockingly made it even four more years of top of that before he ended up behind bars again. Early Sunday morning, this dirtbag was nabbed for DWI, once again. Apparently, vehicular manslaughter with hammered wasn’t enough for this guy…
Issues like these always make me wonder “how is this guy living in the same society as I am?” It’s unbelievable to think that I am driving on the same streets as people like this. Would anyone truly be opposed to a general fire squad being called upon once a month to rid the streets of dirt like this guy? Someone start getting some signatures…

Just another demostration of how little he cared about the victim who he killed. Each time he drinks and drives only demonstrates to me he is acting with the intent to kill someone else when he drives drunk - since he knows from experience what can result from getting drunk and driving. MADD mothers notice that he is not.08-.10 drunk either - but SMASHED/BLITZED/S-FACED/T-MAX DRUNK. I have yet to see the driver at .08 kill someone, but only these smashed self centered jerks.
In this case he should be sentenced for voluntary manslaughter - for the death of Malik Sealy even though it was two drunk driving arrests ago. He deserves 10-25 years in prison and everyone else deserves to not have to worry if this dangerous serial killer is on the road. He got away with the free one when he killed Malik - this time he pays for killing Malik Sealy who means nothing to him. Malik paid more in taxes in 2 weeks than this scum bag has his entire life.
